When I'm representing you as a Buyer, my goal is to find you the best home that fits perfectly into your budget. I know the City, the Schools, the transportation system and the areas that are best suited to your personal needs. I advise you on market values and make sure you don't overpay. Once you're ready to submit an offer, I guide you through the process: make sure that all of the necessary conditions are in the offer and that they're in your best interest. It's not simply a matter of preparing an offer, they key is getting it on the Sellers table as soon as possible and negotiating the best possible deal for you...my Buyer. But that's just the beginning. I guide you through the home inspection and financing, make sure all documents get to your lawyers office and follow the transaction until closing. My job is done when you have the keys to your new home and you let me know everything is great! I work hard to make the home buying process easy for you.
