My Christmas list didn't include "Teresa Cascioli" for Mayor. I didn't even think of that name for Mayor a month ago, but now that the radio waves and print media are buzzing with the news that she's going to take some time to think about it, I am happier than a kid waiting for St. Nick!
I'm sharing with you a little ...

Last spring, we saw the Provincial Liberals throwing Kleenex out the windows of their Happy Bus named "Majority", as they announced the introduction of the Harmonized Sales Tax, effective July 2010. Of course they were aware that their humble subjects were living through the worse financial meltdown since ...

Fall always seems to be one of the busiest times of the year in Real Estate and this year doesn't seem to be an exception to the rule. Even though it's already the end of September, the market seems to be just waking up with a tremendous amount of vigour. As we went into the recession, many people would ask me if I was concerned about the ...

The impact of the lack of this road over the last 50 years for the City of Hamilton, in my opinion, has been so ...

Ok....what's up with this one! 2006 Canada Census Statistics are out...and maybe we should call our Councillors...or the Mayor... perhaps even the top of the Provincial heap...Mr. McGinty! Why would a City...only a stone's throw away from Toronto, sporting the banner of McMaster University, decked out with it's own ...

I was certainly shocked this week, when I heard that the Niagara Escarpment Commission was being relieved of it's duties as the biosphere custodian for some residential lands in Ancaster. It was apparently something that the Ministry of the Environment thought was necessary....perhaps I should have taken them for one of my little sight seeing ...

Over the last 10 years we have seen the emergence of Life According to Credit Scores. Where the heck does this Credit Score come from, why does it only take a few missed payments to completely destroy, and why does it take forever to repair?
We have to face the facts. Our Credit Scores determine a tremendous amount. Everything from being able to ...

Recently I had the opportunity to visit a little bungalow....sitting on a nice little lot outside of Brantford, Ontario. I wasn't making the trip to sell the house, I was venturing out to see the latest in housing technology. Traveling on roads that I wasn't familiar with, I somehow was looking for a home that looked like a ...
