As stated today on raisethehammer.org "By-law enforcement is complaint-based. We need to break the cycle of willful negligence and emergency demolition in this city by reporting reporting property standards by-law infractions to the city when we see them" and on February 6th, the first Bylaw Crawl will commence.

Definitely one of the most controversial roads in Ontario history....The Red Hill Creek Expressway...is now open. The thought of this short stretch of highway was actually born in 1957 and a half a century later...it is now completed. I was certainly shocked this week, when I heard that the Niagara Escarpment Commission was being relieved of it's duties as the biosphere custodian for some residential lands in Ancaster. It was apparently something that the Ministry of the Environment thought was necessary....perhaps I should have taken them for one of my little sight seeing ...

Both complexes contained 3 bedroom, 1 1/2 baths and single car garages. Both complexes were an investors paradise and both complexes had numerous rental units. As the market ...
